We're a small team building Bloom Space with care. If something isn't working, you have a question, or you need help with your account, we're here.

For general help, account questions, bug reports and feedback, email support@bloomspace.social. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

Urgent safety issues

For reports of imminent harm, child safety concerns, harassment or other urgent safety matters, email contact@bloomspace.social. You can also report any post, profile, persona, sanctuary, voice room or message directly in the app using the Report action.

Privacy & your data

For privacy questions or to exercise your data rights, email contact@bloomspace.social. EU/UK residents can reach our Data Protection Officer at dpo@bloomspace.social. You can also delete your account at any time — see our account deletion guide.
